This blog offers examples of architectural sketch models that are built using the LEGO Architecture Studio Kit. It is intended for persons interested in building custom models, rather than assembling pre-defined buildings or imitating other objects.
The Architecture Studio does not come with building plans and step-by-step instructions. It comes with a book that shows how some architects use LEGOs to stimulate ideas and to build sketch models. The kit contains hundreds of white bricks and other components. (Sketch models, and more realistic models, are traditionally all white.) I have augmented my kit with tinted windows, some light blue, and some grey. I sometimes include trees and human figures.
I will provide some commentary about my models and about modeling in general.
